Mix all the above ingredients and for about cook for 2 mins, then add chopped tomatoes and salt.
Cook till tomatoes are soft.
Switch off the gas, and let the mixture cool down and check the salt too. -Meanwhile wash the Baingan and slit four cuts into them, stuff them with prepared masala.
