Add 1 big chopped onion and saute till golden brown. Add chicken, mix well, saute for 5-6 minutes, put the lid on and cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile add 1 tbsp of ghee, add whole spices, 2 cloves of garlic, big red chilies and coriander seeds. Saute for 2 minutes, add to a blender add 2 tbsp of water, blend into smooth paste, add to the chicken along with salt, mix well put the lid on and cook for more 10 minutes.
