Pollichattu with Pulihoara

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of grated fresh coconut methi powder
  • red chili powder
  • turmeric powder
  • coriander powder
  • salt
  • tamarind paste and curry leaves

Method

  • Marinate the fish with all the ingredients.
  • Add 2 tbsp. of oil in a pan and seared the fish till it was cooked.
  • It may not be authentic, but it is very tasty.
