Pollichattu with Pulihoara
Ingredients
1 tbsp of grated fresh coconut methi powder
red chili powder
turmeric powder
coriander powder
salt
tamarind paste and curry leaves
Method
Marinate the fish with all the ingredients.
Add 2 tbsp. of oil in a pan and seared the fish till it was cooked.
It may not be authentic, but it is very tasty.
