Heat oil in a shallow pan, add onions, sauté at low flame till golden brown.
Add chopped garlic and red chilli flakes, mix well. Also add the fry spice powders, mix well, add tbsp. Or so of water, mix well.
Add minced chicken, salt and mix well.
Now let it cook, at low flame, till cooked. Keep stirring in between.
Meanwhile grate the cheese.
Now put a tawa to heat and brush it with tsp. Of oil.
Now place the tortilla on a plate or on your work surface.
Generously spread a layer of cheese, spread some stuffing, again spread some cheese and close it.
Gently lift it with the help of your spatula and place it on pan. Let it sear for 3-4 minutes, flip it and then again sear it for few minutes. Once it’s golden, lift it gently with the help of spatula place it on chopping board and chop it, let it cool for 2-3 minutes then enjoy.
