Rawa Idli With Peanut Chutney
roasted peanuts - 1 cup
garlic cloves - 2
dry red chili - 4
cumin - 1 tsp
green chili - 2
coriander - 1 cup
For rava idli batter:
semolina/rawa - 1 cup
buttermilk/chaas - 1 cup
Add oil in a pan and add all the above ingredients for the chutney, roast for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add the mixture in a blender and blend into a smooth chutney with salt to taste.
To make Idli Batter, add rawa and buttermilk in a bowl and mix well.
In a hot Idli steamer pour the batter in greased idli utensil and cook for about 10-12 minutes.
Once steamed, let the idlis cool and serve them with chutney
